Mandatory (ELK Certified or ELK Observability Certified)

🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sr. Observability Engineer

with deep expertise in the

ELK Stack

and

OpenSearch

, who will drive observability frameworks, lead Splunk-to-ELK/OpenSearch migration, and optimize monitoring capabilities across cloud-native environments.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Migration & Implementation: Lead Splunk-to-ELK/OpenSearch migrations ensuring scalable, high-performance observability solutions.
  • Observability Frameworks: Architect and implement enterprise-grade logging and monitoring solutions for cloud-based applications.
  • Dashboards: Build and manage dynamic Kibana and Grafana dashboards for real-time metrics and analytics.
  • Log Ingestion: Configure and manage Logstash pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize Elasticsearch/OpenSearch indexing, querying, and cluster performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement RBAC, encryption, and other security best practices for cloud-native ELK deployments.
  • Incident Management: Design proactive alerting systems and handle real-time issue resolution.

✅ Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and/or OpenSearch.
  • Proven experience in migrating Splunk to ELK/OpenSearch.
  • Experience with Grafana, log pipeline tools (Logstash, Fluentd, Kafka).
  • Strong knowledge of observability in Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
  • Expertise in Elasticsearch query optimization and log analytics.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • ELK or ELK Observability Certification is Mandatory
