Job Description
Client is looking for an achiever whose responsibility will be to manage our recruitment function for Client Services department. The role is a people manager role based out of our Gurgaon office and will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition across service lines of Client Services. The role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, operations maturity, the ability to manage teams, stakeholders and executives. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Recruitment. Our ideal candidate would need to have relevant and hands-on experience of 10-13 years, including at least 4-5 years as a people manager. The role is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of hiring and delivering on the hiring numbers allocated to them.
