  • Responsible for the installation, support, maintenance, and deployment of:
    • x86 server hardware
    • VMware vCenter and ESXi
    • OpenStack
    • Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM)
  • Proficient in VM migration tools such as:
    • VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)
    • Zerto
    • DoubleTake
  • Possess basic understanding and troubleshooting skills in:
    • Storage systems
    • Networking components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by the Service Assurance teams.
  • Publish capacity dashboards for infrastructure components to support planning and optimization.
  • Coordinate with OEMs to identify and resolve root causes of hardware or software issues.
  • Demonstrate evaluation skills for assessing new hardware and hypervisor technologies.
  • Perform system integration and migration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
