What You’ll Be Doing...

You will be a key member as part of the Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. You will manage the Program Management office for Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions. You will enable Verizon India to play an integral part in the overall transformational efforts across many functional disciplines through consistent alignment and direction on priorities/approach towards Business, Technology and People areas. As a specialist in the Central Transformation Office, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.

• Operationalizing and sustaining processes that emerge out of center priorities and other initiatives.
• Arriving at and adhering to a standard reporting, review and communication mechanism.
• Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive org-wide initiatives.
• Facilitating/ Guiding the internal team on Headcount & Labor budget - Handling the complete Labor & Non Labor HC.
• Creating Periodic reports rolled out on Variance analysis, Open positions and Change controls.
• Working on Annual Budget Plan submissions - working closely with Delivery, US & India FP&A team
• Facilitating Change control, Budget reduction & Expense reduction exercises
• Facilitating and liaise with sourcing & vendor company in the contract execution
• Overseeing headcount Governance in accordance with the allocated budget
• Partnering with delivery & Support teams identify issues / changes needed.
• Ensuring due diligence, risk assessment and continuous financial monitoring.
• Participating in and inform service delivery, program management, and domain service governance discussions and decisions.

What We’re Looking For...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.
  

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Proficient in MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ GSuite.
• Exposure to Change management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Telecom domain/industry experience.
• Program management certifications such as PMP, etc.
