Job Overview:-

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Architecture Leader to head our IT architecture team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the telecom domain, particularly in OSS/BSS platforms, with a strong track record of managing large-scale transformation and migration projects. This role is crucial for driving strategic technology initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Solution Architecture

• Design and implement end-to-end IT architecture solutions across OSS/BSS platforms, networks, and cloud-native environments.

• Lead digital transformation and migration initiatives (e.g., legacy to digital BSS, 5G readiness).

• Ensure architectural alignment with North Star Architecture (NSA) frameworks.

2. Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural governance and mentoring to cross-functional delivery teams.

• Guide solution design, integration strategies, and implementation planning.

• Oversee pre-sales engagements including POCs, solution demonstrations, and RFP responses.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Interface with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set expectations.

• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

4. Risk & Quality Management

• Proactively identify technical and delivery risks; develop mitigation strategies.

• Implement quality assurance processes to meet client standards and compliance requirements.

5. Process Excellence

• Drive continuous process improvement and adopt industry best practices.

• Advocate for innovation and automation within architecture and delivery practices.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to the telecom industry.

• Proven experience in digital OSS/BSS platforms, especially in transformation and modernization programs.

• Strong familiarity with NSA (North Star Architecture) frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in:

• Solution design and architecture governance

• Pre-sales and proposal development

• Migration strategy (legacy to digital)

• Risk and impact analysis

• Service transition and delivery

• Understanding of 5G architecture and its impact on telecom operations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience with major telecom stacks (Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, etc.)

• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture

• Certification in TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworks, or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience working in global delivery models and Agile environments
