Solar trainer

Solar Trainer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on solar energy systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The trainer will educate trainees, technicians, and engineers to develop skills aligned with industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on:
• Basics of solar energy and PV systems
• Solar system components (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
• System design, sizing, and simulation (PVSyst, SketchUp, AutoCAD)
• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
• Guide students through real-time projects and site visits.
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, projects, and practical tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in solar technology.
• Maintain safety standards during practical sessions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for field demonstrations and support.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in solar industry or teaching/training.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid)
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, load calculations, and safety norms
• Familiarity with solar software tools (PVSyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a group of trainees efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
