Job Roles:

• Assessing Client Interests & Skills
• Use psychometric tests, personality assessments (like MBTI, Holland Code, etc.)
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations
• Career Guidance
• Help individuals choose suitable career paths based on their profile
• Guide students on course selection, streams after 10th/12th, or college choices
• Job Search Support
• Assist with resume building, interview skills, and job search strategies
• Advise on internships and training for practical experience
• Academic Counseling
• Help students plan higher education, suggest best universities or colleges
• Guide on scholarships, exams (IELTS, GRE, etc.), and admission process
• Career Planning
• Create a step-by-step career roadmap with short- and long-term goals
• Support career transitions (e.g., job change, returning to work after a gap)
• Workshops & Seminars
• Conduct sessions on career awareness, goal setting, industry trends, etc.
• Keeping Up-to-Date
• Stay informed about new careers, emerging industries, and educational changes
• Client Progress Monitoring
• Follow up on the client’s progress and adjust plans if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Day shift
