Job Description

Job Title: Software Trainer – Full Stack Development (Python & Java)

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs on full stack development using Python and Java
Teach both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Django, Flask, Spring Boot) technologies
Create and update curriculum, hands-on labs, and project-based assignments
Conduct live sessions, workshops, and assessments for learners at various levels
Provide one-on-one mentorship and technical guidance
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training
Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and Java
Prior experience in teaching or corporate training is highly desirable
Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners
