Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven B.Tech Computer Science graduates to join our team as Junior/ Trainee Software Engineers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be working with a team of experienced engineers, participating in the development of cutting-edge software solutions that address real-world challenges.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior developers and team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Assist in debugging, developing, testing, and resolving software defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and development tools as required by the projects.

Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.

Document code and technical processes to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and design, to deliver successful software projects.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech CS).

Strong understanding of fundamental computer science concepts and programming principles.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java, Python, C++, C#).

Familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

Any relevant internship or personal projects demonstrating coding skills is a plus.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
