What You’ll Bring

• Minimum

  3 years of full-time, non-internship experience

  in backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with the

  .NET stack

  (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core)
• Solid understanding of

  object-oriented programming

  and

  design patterns

• Proficiency with

  relational databases

  (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience building and consuming

  RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with

  Git

  and modern development workflows (pull requests, branching, CI/CD)
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and a mindset for ownership and accountability
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote, cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  .NET Core

• Build and consume

  RESTful APIs

  that integrate with frontend and mobile apps
• Collaborate daily with frontend, QA, and product teams in Canada
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , sprint planning, and team discussions
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Take end-to-end ownership of features—from design through to deployment and monitoring
