Soft skills Trainer - Voice & Accent communication (8 to 10 years)
Willing to work in Bangalore & Coimbatore offices based on the business needs.
1. Communication Skills Enhancement
Train employees (e.g., AR callers, patient support, coders) on clear, polite, and professional communication with US clients and patients.
Focus on accent neutralization, active listening, tone modulation, and call etiquette.
2. Customer Handling & Empathy Training
Educate teams on handling irate patients, sensitive billing issues, and denial disputes with empathy and patience.
Role-play real RCM scenarios to improve customer interaction quality.
3. Culture & Compliance Orientation
Deliver training on US culture, healthcare expectations, and behavioral standards.
Emphasize HIPAA compliance and confidentiality during verbal and written communication.
4. Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct onboarding and refresher soft skills training for new and existing staff.
Customize sessions for different RCM teams (e.g., billing, coding, collections).
5. Feedback & Coaching
Provide personalized coaching to team members based on call audits and feedback.
Offer communication improvement plans and track progress regularly.
6. Content Development
Create engaging, process-specific soft skills modules with US healthcare examples.
Update training content based on industry trends, feedback, and QA insights.
7. Performance Monitoring
Track training effectiveness through assessments, call quality scores, and behavior change.
Share training impact reports with operations and quality teams.
8. Collaboration & Support
Partner with operations managers, process trainers, and QA teams to align soft skills training with business goals.
Support floor teams during live calls or escalations for real-time coaching.
9. Conflict & Stress Management
Train staff on managing stress during high-pressure situations or difficult calls.
Promote emotional intelligence and workplace professionalism.
10. Continuous Learning & Improvement
Stay current on US RCM trends, communication standards, and patient engagement techniques.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
