Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Expert who specializes in lead generation through Facebook Ads and has deep knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including Pixel setup, event tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Develop and manage high-performing ad creatives and copy for Facebook and Instagram.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in Facebook Ads and Instagram Marketing.
• Strong expertise in lead generation strategies using paid social media ads.
• Experience with Pixel setup, event tracking, and custom conversions.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and ad targeting.
• Proficiency in A/B testing for ad creatives and targeting strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Facebook Blueprint or related digital marketing courses is a plus.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is preferred.
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or influencer marketing is an added advantage.
