As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online engagement strategy. Job Summary:The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Sonic Industries’ social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage and grow our presence across all key platforms. Key Responsibilities:Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Plan and produce engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, stories, posts, reels) that aligns with the brand voice and company goals. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and foster community growth. Track and report on social media KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep Sonic Industries’ social media strategy current and competitive. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and customer service to align messaging and campaigns. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors for promotional activities and partnerships. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or tech-related environment. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Experience with photo/video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
