Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies, with a strong understanding of Facebook advertising. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting creative ads and running paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute creative social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
2. Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and analyzing performance to maximize ROI 
3. Create compelling content and visuals tailored to target audiences.  
4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
5. Monitor social media trends, analyze competitors, and stay up-to-date with platform updates 
6. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics 
7. Assist with influencer marketing efforts and collaborations when necessary

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads  
2. Strong creative strategy and content development skills  
3. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media management tools  
4. Ability to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. A strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
