Specializing in helping brands reach their digital goals, MREATIVES is known for its expertise in social media and branding. #socialmediaagency #brandingagency Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at MREATIVES in Hyderabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and creating engaging content for the brand. Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement and sales. They manage content, campaigns, community interaction, and analytics across all relevant platforms. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Identify target audience and tailor content accordingly. Plan monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Collaborate with designers, writers, and photographers to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy. Write compelling captions, posts, and hashtags. Keep up with social trends, formats, and platform updates. Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Later to schedule posts. Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate tone. Foster community growth by interacting with followers and relevant accounts. Monitor brand mentions and trending conversations. Track metrics like reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Use insights to refine strategy and content. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads (if applicable). Manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to align messaging. Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and values across all content. Address negative feedback professionally. Escalate sensitive issues to management or PR if necessary. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Excellent communication and writing skills Experience in developing content strategies Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content
