Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and imaginative Social Media Manager to lead our clients’ social presence and elevate brand narratives across platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and content teams to execute campaigns that are both visually stunning and strategically effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create engaging and on-brand content
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
• Stay on top of trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to keep accounts fresh and relevant
• Oversee community engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build authentic brand communities
• Manage social media calendars and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure goals are met and expectations exceeded

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Proven ability to grow social audiences and drive engagement
• Strong understanding of brand voice, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye, trend awareness, and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid social advertising
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
• A personal portfolio or examples of past brand work
