Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (content, design, video, development, marketing) to ensure deliverables are met on time and to standard.
• Own and manage social media calendars, basic publishing tasks, and content flow approvals.
• Track project milestones, monitor deadlines, and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Support content coordination, campaign planning, and basic marketing execution.
• Regularly communicate with team leads to update progress, highlight issues, and align on next steps.
• Ensure task execution aligns with client expectations, brand voice, and company quality standards.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing processes (SMM, content workflows, campaign timelines)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in a digital agency or startup environment
• Working knowledge of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
• Exposure to email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Awareness of basic metrics and campaign performance reporting
