Job Description

Job Summary: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to create impactful content that reflects our brand and drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create and curate engaging content for platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and performance metrics. Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging with product updates, launches, and announcements. Monitor trends in social media, tech industry, and competitors to identify opportunities. Grow and manage online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategy (KPIs include engagement, reach, leads, etc.). Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts in the tech/IT industry. Proven track record of growing and managing social communities for B2B tech brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights). Excellent written and visual communication skills. Experience with content creation, graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and basic video editing is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in or with SaaS companies or tech startups. Familiarity with developer or technical audience engagement strategies.
