Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

:

Content Strategy and Creation

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and compelling posts.

Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Regularly post, schedule, and monitor content for peak engagement times.
  • Adapt strategies to align with platform-specific trends and algorithms.

Community Engagement

  • Actively interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
  • Engage with relevant communities, influencers, and accounts to build relationships and drive visibility.
  • Organize and manage giveaways, polls, and interactive content to boost engagement.

Growth Strategy

  • Research and implement growth hacks to increase followers and engagement organically and through paid campaigns.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, measure content performance, and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute innovative campaigns to promote brand initiatives, products, or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for cross-platform promotions and paid advertising.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and engagement rates.

Requirements

:


  • Experience

    : 2+ years in social media management, marketing, or a related role.


Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite), and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, hashtags, and platform trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a plus.
  • Video editing and reel-making experience is an advantage.
  • Personality

    : Creative, proactive, adaptable, and highly organized.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies.
  • Experience working with influencers and collaborations.
