We are offering a Social Media Manager role. You will create compelling content, shape our visual identity, and drive engagement across all social channels. The position blends creative design with data-driven strategy and offers room to expand into paid media or brand leadership.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or short-form video assets
• Solid grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Canva
• Willingness to experiment with new platforms, formats, and marketing technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a channel-specific content calendar that aligns with marketing goals
• Design graphics, reels, carousels, and other visual assets that match brand guidelines
• Produce and edit videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
• Write engaging copy and captions tailored to each platform and audience segment
• Launch, monitor, and optimise organic and paid campaigns, reporting on key metrics
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging consistency
• Track performance using native insights and third-party analytics, turning data into actionable improvements
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and design best practices
• Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate tone

Must-Have Skills

• Strong visual storytelling, design, and video editing aptitude
• Social media strategy and content planning experience
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools, A/B testing, or CRM integration
• Advanced motion design or video editing skills for high-impact campaigns
• Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Interest in evolving toward brand strategy, performance marketing, or team leadership

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
