• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and professional content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Optimize social media pages to increase visibility and reach.
• Engage with industry professionals, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
• Analyze social media analytics and key performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Run social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor competitors’ social media strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, handling multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and analytics.
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, and basic graphic design knowledge are a plus).
• Experience in running social media ad campaigns.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
