Role Overview

Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) to boost engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better results.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
• Handle online reputation management (ORM), responding to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies.

Requirements

✔ Upto 2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

✔ Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

✔ Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

✔ Excellent communication and writing skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
