creative, hands-on Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Create, plan, and execute creative social media campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Shoot and edit photo and video content, including reels, product demos, BTS, etc.
Design engaging graphics and visual content using Canva and other tools
Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and audience
Maintain a consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and voice across channels
Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to refine strategies and optimize content performance
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) for content needs and campaign execution
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation—shooting, editing, and publishing
Proficiency in Canva is a must; familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, etc. is a bonus
Strong photography/videography skills (mobile-first acceptable if high quality)
Strong aesthetic sense and eye for design
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and green living is a plus
