Social Media Assistant

Position Title: Social Media Assistant Exp: 2-3yrs Location: Hadapsar Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience. Plan monthly/weekly content calendars. Conduct competitor and industry research. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.). Write creative and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and CTAs. Platform Management: Manage and update clients’ profiles across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions. Manage online reputation and escalate issues when necessary. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates. Prepare performance reports and offer actionable insights. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and native platform tools. Paid Social Media Ads (optional but valuable): Assist or manage ad campaigns across social platforms. Optimize ads for performance and ROI. Required Skills: Strong understanding of major social media platforms. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Creative mindset and eye for design. Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking. Knowledge of social media trends and algorithm changes. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred).
