We create aesthetic, guided journals, planners, and self-care tools that help people slow down, reflect, and grow. We’re now expanding our team and looking for someone who’s excited about content, community, and creativity. We are hiring a Social Media Assistant who will support the team in crafting content, growing our digital presence, and helping us connect with our audience in real, meaningful ways. This is a dynamic role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands trends, and wants to be part of a young, creative brand. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing daily content across all platforms Draft compelling captions, reels hooks, and content ideas aligned with our brand voice Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and product gifting Coordinate photoshoots and content days when required Monitor social media trends, audio trends, and viral formats to adapt for our niche Track engagement and analytics to share monthly insights Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries in a timely and on-brand manner Maintain content calendars and assist in campaign planning Edit the content (posts & reels) and write a copy for the same Assist during offline events or pop-ups for real-time social media coverage Who You Are: Based in Mumbai and open to a hybrid work setup 1–2 years of experience in a social media/content role (internships count!)
