Job Description

We're Hiring: ServiceNow Architect

Location:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints
Lead ServiceNow implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations
Provide governance, best practices, and technical leadership to developers and admins
Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture standards
Evaluate and adopt new features, plugins, and innovations from the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and data model
Experience in designing solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, or integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
(mandatory)
Additional certifications like CIS (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), CAD, or CTA are a strong plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
