Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, scripts, UI policies, and components across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD suites.
- Configure workflows, business rules, and service catalog items to deliver reliable automation and self service.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems through REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server patterns.
- Execute unit testing, code review, and performance tuning to uphold platform stability and security.
- Work with product owners and agile squads to convert user stories into shippable features.
- Create technical documentation and deliver level three support during release cycles.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Four plus years hands on ServiceNow development within ITSM modules.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting proficiency.
- Experience building integrations with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets, ACLs, and security models.
- Exposure to agile delivery and version control with Git.
Preferred
- Certification as Certified Application Developer or CSA.
- Understanding of CI CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
