SEO & SMO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking in search engines.

- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

2. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

- Perform on-page SEO audits and implement best practices for website structure, content, and meta-tags.

- Manage link-building activities through outreach, partnerships, and guest blogging.

3. Content Development:

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that engages users and drives traffic.

- Ensure all content aligns with SEO principles and meets user intent.

4. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Create and manage social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

- Provide insights and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

6. Stay Updated:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and changes in SEO and social media algorithms and best practices.

- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training as needed.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO and SMO integration in all marketing efforts.

- Liaise with external vendors and agencies as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and SMO management.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

- Experience with social media management and advertising tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management systems is a plus.

- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
