Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, innovative Senior Web Developer who can bring exceptional talent and technical expertise to evolve and scale Pinnacleblooms.org, enhancing its global reach and performance. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of child empowerment globally through cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and implement sophisticated web solutions using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Leverage AI/ML integrations, including Pinnacle’s patented TherapeuticAI® and AbilityScore®, to deliver personalized, impactful user experiences. Implement multilingual capabilities (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) to create inclusive, global accessibility. Optimize website performance through Cloudflare CDN, ensuring exceptional load times, high availability, and robust security. Integrate rigorous automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and manage seamless CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions. Employ advanced SEO strategies, structured data (schema markup), and JSON-LD standards to boost discoverability and AI indexing. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and operational teams to ensure the website supports strategic objectives effectively. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continually elevate Pinnacle’s digital presence. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in healthcare, ed-tech, or socially impactful sectors. Deep proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Extensive experience with Cloudflare CDN optimization and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability integrating AI-driven solutions and APIs into consumer-facing websites. Strong expertise in SEO techniques, schema markup, and JSON-LD implementation. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-performance, multilingual websites. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with headless CMS solutions. Passion for social impact, especially in pediatric therapy or developmental science.
