Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from concept to implementation.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly design.
  • Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to improve and optimize existing designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, 1+preferably in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG compliance).
