Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - Java

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat. India

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Technology / IT Services

Reports To: Director of Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of software solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design end-to-end architecture for software applications and systems.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
Create high-level architectural specifications and address functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure architecture is implemented according to plan.
Provide guidance and leadership to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance in system architecture.
Conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
Document solution architecture, including decisions and rationale.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in software development and architecture.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Proficiency in architectural frameworks and design patterns.
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java.
Certification in architecture frameworks (e.g., Microsoft certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
