Role Overview & Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership for the Security Products Product Management and Project Management Security Domain Expertise and Exposure to Threat Modelling and Standards (NIST, ISO, GDPR, ISO 27000) Stakeholder Collaboration Development for POC and Forster a Culture of Innovation, Accountability, Integrity and continuous improvement Candidate should have: 7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management Exposure to Enterprise Security and Standard product portfolio Understand embed cyber threat intelligence, packet inspection, flow-based malware detection, and zero-trust security principles into products Proven experience in delivering cyber security or networking products at scale (e.g., IDS/IPS, DPI, NDR, XDR) Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), PCAP/NetFlow, and traffic analysis Hands-on exposure or leadership of AI/ML/LLM projects in the cyber security space Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern CI/CD practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Show more Show less
