What You’ll Do

• Translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration and clear communication
• Design and build scalable software using .NET and related technologies
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Deploy applications and monitor performance
• Refactor, debug, and continuously improve existing systems
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior devs
• Document as you go—keeping things easy to follow
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices
• Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience (bonus if in HR Tech, HRIS, or SaaS)
• Strong in C#, .NET MVC, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, WebAPI, REST, Web Services
• Up to speed with GDPR and HIPAA compliance
• Clear communicator, strong problem solver, team collaborator
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
