Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Pune. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

You need to handle 12-15 sales Associate team

• Experience in Preparing Sales Reports
• Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the proptech or real estate industry or edtech* is a plus
