About the Role:

At Reneev Developers, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our residential sales vertical at our Ahmedabad project. This role is central to driving revenue growth, team productivity, investor engagement, and process discipline. The ideal candidate combines leadership, client intelligence, and operational rigor to create a high-performance, customer-first culture within the sales function.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer patterns, and competitor landscape to tailor offerings.
  • Create persuasive project narratives and structured sales approaches.

2. Team Leadership & Process Governance

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of junior executives and tele-callers.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, productivity trackers, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM usage, lead hygiene, reporting systems, and company protocols.

3. Investor & Channel Partner Network Management

  • Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth individuals and strategic investors.
  • Activate and engage a robust channel partner ecosystem.
  • Organize briefings, walkthroughs, and exclusive previews for partner and investor groups.

4. Client Engagement & Deal Closure

  • Handle premium clients directly, from inquiry to closure.
  • Facilitate negotiations, clarify payment schedules, and manage pre-agreement concerns.
  • Represent project USPs with conviction during site visits and presentations.

5. Collection & Coordination

  • Support post-booking collection follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
  • Liaise with finance, CRM, and legal departments to ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Communicate payment terms transparently and proactively resolve objections.

6. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain and present accurate sales MIS, site visit logs, and lead statuses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Provide timely feedback to leadership on market trends and customer insights.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to investor/CP management and post-sales engagement
  • High discipline in CRM tools, reporting, and sales processes
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
