Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the South of India ( Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad)

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management and business development
• Strong understanding of the automotive software industry, specifically Digital Cockpits & Displays, e-Mobility, and Telematics
• 6-10 years of experience in selling Engineering services, Software products to Tier1/Tier2/OEMs in India
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting targets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus
