Sales Professional from the Real Estate sector


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with brokers and agencies.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6–7 sales executives.
  • Conduct partner meetings, site visits, and performance reviews.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports.
  • Manage contracts and evaluate partner performance.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Prior experience with developers, consultancies, franchises, or portals preferred.
