Position : Senior sales Engineer / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate sales team in the assigned region
• Achieve sales targets and growth objectives
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Experience with refrigeration industry is preferable.
• Vey bold, confident and smart personality is required.
• Expertise in team handling and lead conversion.

Residents of Jammu Kashmir are preferred first.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
