As part of our growing creative team, were looking for a motion graphic designer who can bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals and animation with a focus on employer branding, product explainers, and social media storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Create visually engaging motion graphics and video assets for marketing campaigns, social media, product walkthroughs, and presentations. Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to understand requirements and translate concepts into compelling visuals. Design animations for digital ads, reels, YouTube videos, and onboarding experiences. Design social media posts for the marketing campaigns. Edit and enhance raw footage using motion graphics techniques. Maintain visual consistency with our brand identity across all outputs. Contribute to brainstorming and creative planning sessions. Requirements: 23 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. A creative portfolio showcasing motion design work (please include in your application). Technical Competency: Experience in creating animated infographics, character animations, or corporate explainer videos.
