Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2 Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
3 Present our AI hiring platform as a differentiated, scalable solution for volume hiring and talent discovery.Client Engagement & Account Expansion4 Build and manage strong relationships with HR Heads, TA leaders, and business stakeholders.5 Understand client requirements and align platform capabilities to deliver maximum value.6 Ensure post-sales engagement and retention through collaboration with delivery and customer success teams. Strategic Growth & Team Mentorship


1 Work closely with leadership to shape sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.2 Mentor and lead junior team members as the business scales.3 Be a future leader who can build and lead a business vertical or region.

Requirements:


1 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in HRTech, EdTech, SaaS, or talent acquisition domains.2 Exposure to campus hiring, fresher recruitment solutions, or hiring platforms is added advantage3 Proven track record of building enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.4 Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.5 Passion for technology-driven hiring and a growth/startup mindset.6 Leadership qualities with the potential to scale into a larger role.
