Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves tracking sales performance, conducting market research, managing client negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary Range from 4.5-5.0 Lakhs PA + Travel Allowances + Perks + Incentives + Bonus

Daily Travel around 50-60 kms invovled in this job (within city)
