Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the elevator or related engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base, managing key accounts, and supporting business growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors for elevators and escalators.
  • Conduct client visits, site surveys, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the technical, project, and service teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
  • Track project status and follow up regularly to close deals within specified timelines.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance in CRM/tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/BE/Diploma in Engineering).
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in elevator/lift or construction-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local market and real estate/developer segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical specifications and drawings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
