Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Rust Developer located in Indore. The Senior Rust Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing high-performance software solutions using Rust. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and testing code, debugging and optimizing software, and contributing to the architectural decisions and technology choices. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews to maintain coding standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Rust programming language and software development
Experience with system programming, concurrency, and memory management
Knowledge of Linux/Unix system internals and network protocols
Strong understanding of software design patterns and data structures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in mentoring junior developers or leading a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus
