Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of fire protection projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. System Design and Analysis: Designing and analyzing fire suppression, detection, and alarm systems for various building types and facilities. Risk Assessment: Conducting fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies. Compliance: Ensuring that fire protection systems and designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Installation and Commissioning: Coordinating with contractors for the installation, commissioning, and testing of fire protection systems. Documentation: Preparing project specifications, cost estimates, and comprehensive reports. Training and Support: Providing technical guidance and training to project teams and clients on fire safety best practices. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to fire protection systems and ensuring their proper functioning through regular maintenance. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest fire protection technologies, trends, and regulatory changes. Specific Tasks: Reviewing and analyzing project requirements and design specifications. Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and documentation. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
