Senior Product Test Engineer

We at Accolade Electronics are on the look-out for a highly motivated and experienced Sr Engineer, Product Application to join our Product application team.

• The candidate is expected to have Excellent problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, the ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve the required
• Talk customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical query & provide prompt and accurate feedback
• Basic knowledge of CAN, Python & LabVIEW
• Technical knowledge as well as market study required on the Telematics in the Automobile field and Automotive applications
• Familiar with the Hardware and Firmware level understanding & troubleshooting
• Timely update bugs on Jira reported from field / Vehicle level testing
• Integrated testing - Installation and testing of devices on vehicles & take trials as per requirements
• Requirement gathering from customers at the time of integration testing and communicating required inputs to CFTs
• Responsible for Customer support (Internal & External customers) on technical issues and maintaining documents
• Perform analysis of data of testing to determine impact/prevalence of testing -- use analytics tools, and utility developed by the engineering team to modify user/vehicle data for testing / resolving issues
• Train, educate, assist, and provide guidance to other employees within the department
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Should keep traveling in the local areas on customer request. In the future should be ready to move further locations for resolving the customer's queries.

Desired technical skills

• AIS-140 Empanelment / Protocol / TCP protocols / Testing / Implementation
• Knowledge of Telematics Tracking device GPS Network connectivity
• Knowledge of Various testing tools CAN & Languages (Basic Python & Labview)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Report Design, Report Generation Report Analysis

• Bsc – Electronics, B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech – Electronics / EnTc / Mechatronics
