Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy in alignment with business objectives. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features. Lead cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment and clarity of goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, feasibility, and ROI. Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, using Agile methodologies. Provide technical insight in discussions and decisions, leveraging your experience in full-stack development. Define and track key product metrics, and use data to drive decisions and measure success. Mentor and manage junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technology, with strong hands-on knowledge in both frontend and backend development . 5+ years of experience in a product management leadership role , managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms. Demonstrated success in delivering complex products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and user-centric design. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
