Quantalent is looking for a Senior Product Consultant/Product Consultant for our client which is one of the fastest growing SaaS Product companies in India.


Job Title: Senior Product Consultant / Product Consultant

Experience: 4–9 years

Location: Bangalore – Work From Office (WFO)


Role Snapshot

As a Product Consultant you sit at the intersection of solution consulting and pre-sales enablement. You’ll uncover customer problems, map them to the company's product, quantify the value, and guide prospects and new customers to rapid, repeatable success. Your insights will influence product direction and help Sales close strategic deals.


What You’ll Drive


• Lead discovery calls; document pain points and success criteria.

• Design “to-be” workflows, highlighting ROI and speed-to-value.

• Run tailored product deep-dives and proofs of concept; measure outcomes.


Pre-Sales Partnership

• Create demo narratives, value calculators, and competitive battle-cards.

• Join Sales in executive pitches as the product/industry expert.

• Draft solution proposals and scope statements that accelerate deal cycles.


Implementation & Adoption

• Orchestrate kickoff to go-live, aligning milestones with customer KPIs.

• Track adoption dashboards; surface risks early and drive remediation.

• Showcase success stories to secure renewals and expansions.


• Package customer feedback into clear product requirements and UX suggestions.

• Prioritise inputs based on business impact and market trends.


Thought Leadership

• Publish best-practice playbooks and present at webinars or industry events.

• Mentor junior consultants, shaping a high-performance, learning culture.


You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

  • 6–8 years in solution consulting, product management, customer success, or management consulting, working with Indian & US enterprise clients.
  • A track record of owning pre-sales cycles (RFP responses, demos, value assessments).
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable turning process maps and data into ROI stories.
  • Polished communication: can switch from C-suite strategy to workflow-level detail.
  • A blend of product-thinking + commercial acumen—you spot upsell paths while solving the root problem.
  • Nice-to-have: Tier-1 engineering/MBA pedigree and willingness to travel
