Role Overview:

• We are seeking a

  Senior Process Engineer

  with deep expertise in

  offshore production processes, subsea systems, and process optimization to support our FPSO

  operations from our onshore base in

  Kakinada.

  You will serve as the

  technical authority

  for process matters, liaising with offshore teams and ensuring operational performance aligns with OCS and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  Technical Advisor for day-to-day FPSO operations

  (Ruby FPSO)
• Provide input to

  Operational Performance Standards (OPS)

  and

  Maintenance Management

• Collaborate

  with offshore teams and clients for

  process optimization and troubleshooting

• Mentor and guide

  team members through

  technical knowledge-sharing

• Oversee well management, separation, compression, and gas export processes
• Ensure

  regulatory compliance

  with class, flag state, and industry standards
• U

  tilize process engineering software

  tools for optimization and troubleshooting

  (HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA)

• Prepare/review

  operational procedures and contribute to incident investigations and

  RCA

• Monitor offshore performance

  , advise remedial actions, and update lesson learned registers

• Lead or contribute to MOCs

  and

  competence assessments

  for offshore production teams
• Support audits, surveys, and client queries for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Master’s in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience:

• 10+ years in process engineering or production operations
• 5+ years specifically in Oil & Gas or FPSO operations
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure gas fields, subsea systems, and topside operations
• Knowledge of FEED, conceptual & detailed design processes
• Strong command over simulation tools: HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA, etc.
• Familiarity with CMMS (SAP / IFS) and maintenance systems
• Offshore/FPSO experience preferred
• Experience in multinational, multidisciplinary environments

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in subsea well operations and FPSO topside processes
• Strong understanding of safety standards, regulations (Class, Flag, International)
• Practical knowledge of process simulations, maintenance strategies, and CMMS tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail under pressure
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
