Senior Odoo Developer(5+ Yrs Exp)

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Community & Enterprise editions.
• Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and Odoo APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) and reporting tools (QWeb, Excel reports).
• Good understanding of Odoo standard modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (both Community & Enterprise versions).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
• Integrate third-party applications/APIs with Odoo (REST/SOAP).
• Perform code reviews, testing, and optimization for performance and scalability.
• Handle Odoo version migrations and upgrades.
• Lead a team of junior developers (if applicable).
• Provide technical support and bug fixing across modules.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized deployments.
• Contribution to the Odoo open-source community.
• Knowledge of integration platforms 
• Exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle and client-facing experience.
