Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of sheet metal products.
• Ensure products are produced to the required quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Utilize jigs and fixtures to enhance production efficiency and accuracy in fabricating sheet metal parts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data and metrics, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and compliance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Expertise in the design and use of jigs and fixtures for sheet metal parts and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
